All cancellations must be provided in writing to the Civil Contractors Federation QLD Branch, who are the 2017 CCF Technology Symposium (Symposium) secretariat. If you are unable to attend cancellation fees will apply.

If you have paid for a Full Event Registration these fees will be deducted from the payment made with the balance refunded (where applicable):

  • Cancellation before 30 September 2016 will incur no cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation after 30 September 2016 will incur a $250 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation after 30 November 2016 will incur a $750 cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be provided after 15 December 2016.

No refunds will be provided for the CCF Cocktail and Canapé Function if you cancel after the 30 November 2016.

You may assign your registration to another person at any time, however any registration transfers after 15 December 2016 will incur a $200 administration fee. All requests for transfers must be supplied to the Symposium secretariat in writing.


  1. Full Event Registration includes:
  • Entry to all daytime CCF Symposium and AGC sessions and events
  • Breakfast, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on main program days
  • Full access to CONEXPO with daily shuttle buses between the Bellagio Hotel and the expo grounds.

NOTE: Partners are able to attend all daytime CCF and AGC sessions and events as part of this registration.

A Full Event Registration does not include entry to the CCF Cocktail and Canapé Function. This ticket will need to be purchased separately.

  • Access to the CCF Cocktail and Canapé function to be held at the Bellagio Hotel on Tuesday 7 March from 6pm – 8pm.



You will receive a confirmation letter by email.  Please check all registration details carefully and notify Jennifer Boggiano at jboggiano@ccfqld.com of any changes required.


Those who purchase a full event registration will receive a registration pack which includes the Symposium program, name badge and Symposium polo shirt. This pack will be available for collection from the Symposium registration desk.


Attendees are encouraged to take out personal travel and medical insurance which includes loss or damage of personal possessions, including loss of registration and accommodation fees through cancellation.


You are welcome to advise any special requests you may have with regard to diet, disability or other requirements as part of your registration process. Otherwise, please email Jennifer Boggiano directly at jboggiano@ccfqld.com.


Please tick the privacy box displayed during the online registration process if you wish your name to be printed on the Symposium attendee list.


As per the Australian Taxation Office Guidelines (section 38-190 – supplies of things other than goods or real property, for consumption outside Australia that are GST-free) GST is not applicable for this overseas event.


In the event of industrial disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances that disrupt the Symposium, the Symposium organisers accept no responsibility.

The information on the Symposium website and in the printed collateral is correct at the time of publication. However, the Symposium organisers reserve the right to change information without notice.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the organising committee, the Symposium is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
